Mekdela Bekele is a dedicated home care operations leader with extensive experience supporting individuals, families, and communities through high-quality, non-medical home health services. With more than 20 years of leadership experience, she is known for building compassionate, reliable care teams and creating operational systems that ensure clients receive safe, consistent, and dignified support in their homes.
Mekdela’s expertise spans caregiver recruitment and training, client service coordination, policy and compliance management, and day-to-day oversight of home care operations. She has a proven track record of developing clear workflows, strengthening communication among care staff, and implementing quality-assurance standards that meet state and local regulatory requirements.
